Shipping & Returns


​Within Australia ​All orders are shipped by courier and are usually dispatched within 24 hours, depending upon stock availability and payment verification.​
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
​​For all orders placed on the online store, the following rates and options are available:

​STANDARD SHIPPING (5-7 business days)
​Flat rate of 10 dollars, for smaller orders under 60 dollars in value.

​​FREE SHIPPING (5-7 business days)
All orders over 60 dollars are eligible for complimentary Australia-wide shipping.

AUSTRALIA-WIDE EXPRESS (1-2 business days)
First item: Flat rate of 15 dollars. Two or more items up to 5 kg in total weight: 25 dollars.
(A 5 kg package will usually accomodate up to 15 regular LP's, where as books vary considerably.)


Local pickup (for customers in Perth / Boorloo)

The option to 'click and collect' your order from our Northbridge studio (situated behind kafka, a coffee shop) is available to all local customers in Perth, Western Australia. Orders are typically packed and prepared within 1 business day, and can be collected Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm.

To request collection outside of these times, please get in touch via email.

International orders

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please get in touch via email if your region is unavailable.

Returns

Please choose wisely, as we do not normally offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind. 
​Where there is a manufacturing fault or an item is defective / not as described, you are entitled to an exchange or a full refund if a replacement is not available. 

​​Please note sale items and ex-display copies are sold as is, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
​For all other returns, please get in contact with us via email within 7 days of receiving defective goods to be issued a returns authorisation.

Do NOT mail anything back without first getting in contact and receiving your returns authorisation.

Original shipping costs on returned goods are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Highgate Continental, and on any additional shipments should a replacement be sought.​​​​​​
