All orders are shipped by courier and are usually dispatched within 24 hours, depending upon stock availability and payment verification.
For orders placed on the online store, the following rates and options are available;
- Small Package: 1 to 6 items. (5-7 business days)
Flat rate of 11 dollars. For smaller orders containing 1-6 items.
- Big Box: 6 to 15 items. (5-7 Business days)
Flat rate of 15 dollars. Our economy box can be used for larger orders of 6-15 items.
- Express (1-2 business days)
Flat rate of 15 dollars for the first item, and 4 dollars for every additional item.
- Local Pickup
Pick-up from our store in Highgate, Western Australia is available at no additional cost.
International shipping rates vary considerably, please get in touch via email to discuss specific rates based on your geographical location!
Please choose wisely, as we do not normally offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind.
Where there is a manufacturing fault or an item is defective / not as described, you are entitled to an exchange or a full refund if a replacement is not available.
Please note sale items and ex-display copies are sold as is, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For all other returns, please get in contact with us via phone or email within 7 days of receiving defective goods to be issued a returns authorisation.
Do NOT mail anything back without first getting in contact and receiving your returns authorisation.
Original shipping costs on returned goods are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Highgate Continental, and on any additional shipments should a replacement be sought.
All items being returned must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We strongly recommend using registered post when returning items and we are unable to refund items lost in the mail. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.
